I live in Taumarunui, I moved here August 2013, I had to put my pit bull puppy down due to health reasons. About another later I get an email from the pound with a photo of my beautiful girl saying that she needed at new home. I rang the owner that night and found out she was meant to be a working dog and was sent to the dog trainers and had run off and for 8 months to try and get home. I saw the photo and had to have her and had to love her, I fell in love with her as soon as I saw her. We got her a couple days later through the pound. I had to hand feed her for 6 months, took me 3 months to get her to do her business on the yard. Now she is the most wonderful companion and everyone we came across loves her
